Here at Roesch Ford we are taking every measure we can to ensure both customers and staff are safe during this time. We have implemented some new cleaning routines and are strictly enforcing them.
Service Department
We are offering complimentary pick up and delivery within 10 miles of the dealership. Vehicles will be wiped down and sanitized both as they come in and go out of the shop. This includes door handles, keys, steering wheels, knobs, anything that is touched by our techs is sanitized before being returned to you. Service will remain open with it’s normal hours.

Sales Department
Due to the “Shelter in Place Order” for the State of Illinois and to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID 19, the Sales Department is working on an appointment only basis. The showroom will not be open to walk in traffic, but you can schedule an appointment by calling in or going to our website to have a Sales Team Member meet you. We have our Sales team responding to all internet inquiry’s promptly in which you can do the whole car buying process conveniently and safely from your home and even have the vehicle and paperwork brought to your or meet one of our team members at the store for a scheduled appointment. Sales is back open with it’s normal hours. Appointments are recommended to allow for vehicles to be pulled up beforehand and sanitized.

Parts Department
Complimentary parts delivery within 10 miles of the dealership. Parts will remain open with it’s normal hours.

If you do happen to come in for either service or parts, please know we are taking every measure to keep our offices and lobby areas clean. We are wiping down all chairs, door handles, and hard surfaces several times a day.
