Alex in the Service Department is horrible. While scheduling the 1st appointment on the phone I specifically asked if a specific tire was in stock. Explained its leaking air but Im assuming it needs to be replaced if not repairable. Alex guaranteed the tire was in stock and wouldnt be a problem. Wrong after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour he came in and explained the tire needed to be replaced. But they didnt have it in stock. I replaced my battery and have had two additional batteries replaced because they failed the test within days. Now the third battery is also causing a warning light, so it looks like this battery will have to be replaced soon, too. Looks like you have a bad batch of batteries from Ford.

We had an appointment to bring our car in for a recall at 9:00 a.m., on the phone we were told it would take a couple of hours. When we brought the car in we were told it would be about 4 hours. Almost 7 hours later our car was finally ready. We were greatly inconvenienced by this time extension. We also needed to have a second key made on our car when our locksmith was unable to get a blank key fob for the car. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which is appreciate. The only negative is that it took and hour and a half for any oil change and checkup and I had an appt.

Stopped at the Roesch Ford Dealership to check out the used cars on display. Was approached by Nick Petrasz and he asked if I had any questions. I simply asked what are the differences in the different Bronco Sport models. He went over all the models and explained the options. He even took me to multiple cars to show me the differences. Final prices were over quoted prices. Sales maintenance policies are not what is advertised by them at time of car purchase. I paid for coverage which I am told does not cover the work that was done. I cancelled private insurance because of what the sales department indicated that was covered by the Roesch policy. I am now exposed for the work that was not covered. I was completely misled by the sales department add-on policies and what they cover.
